1. Passenger Information Responsibility

The client must ensure that all passenger details provided are correct and exactly match the passport, including full name, date of birth, and passport number.

Premium Travel LLC shall not be held responsible for any errors, misspellings, or incorrect information provided by the client once the ticket has been issued. Any corrections or changes requested after ticket issuance will be subject to airline or supplier policies and applicable fees.

2. Fare Validity

All airfare quotations are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until the ticket has been fully confirmed and issued. Airfare is only guaranteed once the ticket has been successfully issued and confirmed.

3. Airline Schedule Changes and Flight Disruptions

Premium Travel LLC shall not be held liable for any flight cancellations, schedule changes, delays, route changes, or operational disruptions made by the airline. All such changes are solely under the authority and responsibility of the airline. Clients are advised to regularly check their flight status with the airline prior to departure.

4. Airline Policies and Travel Requirements

Air tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing airline and/or ticket supplier.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all travel requirements are met, including but not limited to:

• Valid passport (minimum validity as required)
• Valid visa or entry permit
• Transit visas (if required)
• Compliance with airline baggage policies
• Compliance with immigration and government regulations

Premium Travel LLC shall not be held responsible for denied boarding, immigration refusal, or travel disruption due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Ticket Booking Platform

Air tickets may be issued through professional reservation systems and may not always be booked directly through the airline’s public website. While airlines may offer refundable fares under certain categories, tickets issued through our booking systems are based on special fare agreements and are therefore strictly non-refundable once issued, regardless of the airline’s general fare policies.

7. Force Majeure

Premium Travel LLC shall not be held liable for any cancellations, delays, travel disruptions, or additional costs resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• War or political conflict
• Government restrictions or advisories
• Airspace closures
• Airline operational decisions
• Natural disasters
• Pandemics or public health emergencies

Any additional costs or changes resulting from such events shall be the responsibility of the passenger.

By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these ticket conditions.

1. Processing Time

Visa processing normally takes approximately 5–7 working days after the complete application and required documents have been submitted.

Processing time may vary depending on UAE Immigration approval, document verification, nationality, security checks, or system updates.

Processing time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed, as final processing and approval are solely under the authority of UAE Immigration.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

Once the visa application has been processed and submitted to UAE Immigration, all payments made to Premium Travel LLC are strictly non-refundable.

This applies in cases including, but not limited to:

• Visa rejection or cancellation
• Immigration refusal
• Inability of the traveler to travel
• Offloading or denied boarding at the airport/border
• Incomplete or insufficient documents
• Medical conditions
• Personal reasons
• Change of travel plans
• Delays or any decision made by UAE Immigration authorities

Premium Travel LLC acts solely as a service provider facilitating the visa application and does not guarantee visa approval or entry into the UAE, as final decisions are made exclusively by UAE Immigration.

3. System-Generated Fines

All immigration fines are system-generated by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP).

Premium Travel LLC cannot process or issue a visa if there are existing fines under the applicant’s immigration record. If fines are settled but not yet reflected in the immigration system, the applicant remains responsible for any additional fines that may accumulate while the system is updating. Premium Travel LLC shall not be held liable for fines generated by the immigration system.

4. Visa Validity and Entry Responsibility

The visa validity period and entry duration are determined by UAE Immigration and will start from the date the visa is issued or activated in the immigration system.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that travel arrangements are made within the visa validity period. Premium Travel LLC shall not be held responsible if the visa expires before the traveler enters the UAE due to flight cancellations, personal reasons, travel delays, or any circumstances beyond the agency’s control.

If the visa expires before entry, a new visa application and corresponding fees will be required.

5. Overstay and Penalties

The traveler is responsible for complying with the visa validity and permitted stay period in the UAE.

Any overstay fines, penalties, or legal consequences imposed by UAE Immigration due to exceeding the permitted stay will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Since the visa is processed under the sponsorship and responsibility of Premium Travel LLC, the applicant agrees to immediately settle any overstay fines, penalties, or related charges incurred.

In cases where the traveler fails to comply with visa regulations or refuses to settle applicable fines, Premium Travel LLC reserves the right to take the necessary action in accordance with UAE Immigration regulations, including filing an absconding report or other legal procedures if required.

6. Force Majeure

Premium Travel LLC shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, travel disruptions, or additional costs caused by circumstances beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to 

war, government restrictions, airline cancellations, airspace closures, natural disasters, political situations, or system interruptions within immigration authorities.

Any additional costs, visa reapplications, or travel changes arising from such circumstances shall be the responsibility of the applicant.

8. Agreement

By confirming the booking and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.

By confirming the booking and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.

Visa processing may take a minimum of 2 to 24 hours from the time the application is officially submitted.

Processing time may vary depending on:

• UAE Immigration system availability
• Government processing timelines
• Additional verification requirements

While Premium Travel LLC will assist in processing the application as quickly as possible, final approval remains solely under the authority of UAE Immigration and processing time cannot be guaranteed.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All visa fees and service charges must be paid in full prior to application submission.

Once the visa application has been processed and officially submitted to UAE Immigration, all payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

3. In Case of Visa Rejection

If the visa application is rejected by UAE Immigration due to security reasons, please note that Immigration does not provide the exact reason for the rejection. Premium Travel LLC does not have access to detailed information from Immigration and cannot obtain further explanation beyond the stated “security reason.”

All payments made to Premium Travel LLC remain non-refundable, as the visa has already been processed and submitted.

4. If Visa Is Rejected While You Are Outside UAE

In the event that the visa is rejected during the Airport-to-Airport exit process, the traveler will be fully responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their return flight to their home country or another permitted destination.

Premium Travel LLC shall not be responsible for additional travel costs incurred due to visa rejection.

5. If Visa Is Delayed and Your Return Flight Is Approaching

If the visa approval is still pending and your scheduled return flight to the UAE is approaching, the traveler may be required to:

• Reschedule the return flight, or
• Purchase a new ticket once the visa is approved.

Any airline penalties, rebooking charges, or new ticket purchases will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

6. Important Notice

Visa approval is always subject to UAE Immigration rules and regulations.

Premium Travel LLC acts solely as a processing and assistance agency.

We are not responsible for:

• Immigration delays
• Visa rejection
• Airline penalties or rebooking fees
• Flight schedule changes
• Changes in immigration policies or regulations

All services provided under the Airport-to-Airport Exit Service are strictly non-refundable and non-rebookable once processed or submitted

By proceeding with the service and making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.

1. Processing Time

Visa processing may take approximately 2 to 24 hours from the time the application is officially submitted.

Approval depends entirely on UAE Immigration and system availability. While Premium Travel LLC will assist in processing the application as quickly as possible, final approval remains solely under the authority of UAE Immigration and is beyond our control.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All service fees must be paid in full prior to processing.

Once the visa application and related services have been processed and submitted to Immigration, all payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the result or any changes due to the client’s personal reasons.

3. In Case of Visa Rejection

If the visa application is rejected by UAE Immigration for any reason, all payments made to Premium Travel LLC remain non-refundable. Visa decisions are made solely by UAE Immigration, and Premium Travel LLC cannot influence, reverse, or appeal such decisions.

4. If Visa Is Rejected While You Are Outside UAE

If your visa is rejected during the Border-to-Border exit process, the traveler will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their return flight to their home country or another permitted destination.

Premium Travel LLC shall not be responsible for additional travel expenses in such cases.

5. If Visa Is Delayed

If your visa has not yet been approved after the complimentary one (1) night accommodation, the traveler will be responsible for covering the accommodation cost for each additional night until the visa is approved.

Premium Travel LLC provides only one (1) complimentary night stay as part of the service.

6. Important Reminder

Visa approval is always subject to UAE Immigration rules and regulations.

Premium Travel LLC acts solely as a processing and assistance agency.

We are not responsible for:

• Immigration delays
• Visa rejections
• Border penalties
• Bus penalties or rebooking fees
• Changes in immigration policies or regulations

By proceeding with the booking and signing this Service Agreement, the client fully acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
