Premium Travel LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport companies.


By proceeding with any booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions stated below.


1. Booking and Payment


1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the Company’s Operations team and/or partner.


1.2. Full payment is required to confirm and secure any booking unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.


1.3. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Tabby, Tamara, or cash paid at the Company’s office under Premium Travel LLC accounts.


1.4. Once an air ticket is issued and booked, it is automatically NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of reason, including but not limited to visa rejection, entry denial, cancellation, or personal circumstances.


2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Visa Rejection or Entry Issues


In the event of visa rejection, denied entry, or failure to meet immigration requirements, the following shall apply:


Air tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once booked


Hotel bookings and tour services are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers


Any refund eligibility for hotels or tours is not guaranteed and will depend solely on written confirmation from the partners Administrative or processing fees may apply.


2.2 Cancellation by the Customer


Any cancellation or refund request made by the client shall be subject to the policies and conditions of the service providers.


The Company does not guarantee refunds once services have been confirmed, issued, or partially used.


2.3 Alterations to the Itinerary


The itinerary may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, operational issues, or events beyond the Company’s control.


In such cases, service providers will make reasonable efforts to offer equivalent or alternative arrangements, where possible.


3. Force Majeure


3.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:


Acts of God (natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)


Government actions or regulations


Travel bans or border closures


Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies


Strikes, riots, or civil disturbances


War or acts of terrorism


3.2. In force majeure situations, the Company will attempt to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions where feasible; however, refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to supplier policies.


4. Liability and Responsibility


4.1. The Company acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be held responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or errors of third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.


4.2. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure compliance with all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, entry permits, and health regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry, for which the Company bears no liability.


5. Travel Insurance


5.1. The Company strongly recommends that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and unforeseen circumstances.


6. Customer Conduct


6.1. Clients are required to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during travel.


6.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate services without refund or compensation in cases of misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that disrupts travel operations.


7. Amendments by the Company


7.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to holiday packages due to circumstances beyond its control. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client as soon as reasonably possible.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.


8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.


 

  • All prices advertised or quoted by Premium Travel LLC are starting prices only and are subject to change.
     
  • Final pricing depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to:
     
    • Number of travelers
       
    • Hotel category and availability
       
    • Duration of stay
       
    • Tour inclusions and travel dates
       
  • Prices may vary at the time of confirmation due to supplier availability, seasonal demand, or fare changes.
     
  • The final confirmed price will be communicated to the client prior to booking confirmation and payment.
     


Final Acknowledgment


By confirming a booking with Premium Travel LLC, the client acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable nature of services once booked.


 

  • Fare Validity
     
  • Airfares and package rates are subject to change without prior notice unless fully booked and ticketed.
     
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Rebookable Policy
     
  • Once services are applied, confirmed, or issued, including visa processing and air ticket issuance, all bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-rebookable under any circumstances.
     
  • UAE Visa Application & Air Ticket Assistance
     
  • Premium Travel LLC provides professional assistance in processing the UAE visa application and arranging air ticket bookings.
     
  • Approval or rejection of the UAE visa, as well as permission to enter the United Arab Emirates, is solely at the discretion of UAE Immigration authorities.
     
  • Premium Travel LLC does not guarantee visa approval or entry clearance, and shall not be held liable for any rejection, delay, or denial by UAE Immigration.
     
  • Philippine Immigration Clearance
     
  • Departure from the Philippines is subject to approval by Philippine Immigration authorities.
     
  • Premium Travel LLC provides expert guidance and document assistance to help maximize the client’s chances of a smooth and successful departure.
     
  • Final approval to depart rests entirely with Philippine Immigration. The Company shall not be responsible for offloading, denied boarding, or refusal to depart.
     
  • Client Responsibility
     
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents submitted are true, complete, and accurate, including passport validity, visas, and supporting documents.
     
  • Acceptance of Terms
     
  • By proceeding with booking and payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions stated above


 

  1. Visa Approval Authority
    Approval of the UAE visa is solely at the discretion of UAE Immigration Authorities. Premium Travel acts only as a processing and facilitation agent and has no control over the final decision.
     
  2. Processing Time
    Standard visa processing time ranges from 1 to 7 working days.
    However, processing may take longer due to:
     
    • Immigration security checks
       
    • Public holidays
       
    • High-volume periods
       
    • Additional verification requirements imposed by UAE Immigration
       

  1. Non-Refundable Fees
    Once the visa application has been submitted to UAE Immigration, all fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the outcome.
     
  2. Visa Rejection
    In case of visa rejection due to security, immigration records, nationality-based restrictions, previous overstays, absconding cases, or internal immigration policies, the visa fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
    UAE Immigration does not provide detailed reasons for rejection.
     
  3. Approval Is Not Guaranteed
    Submission of documents and payment does not guarantee visa approval. Final assessment and approval rest entirely with UAE Immigration.
     
  4. Accuracy of Information
    The applicant is fully responsible for providing true, complete, and accurate information and documents. Any false, misleading, or incomplete details may result in visa rejection, delay, or future immigration bans, with no refund.
     
  5. Immigration Compliance
    Visa holders must strictly comply with UAE immigration laws, including:
     
    • Entry and exit validity
       
    • Authorized stay duration
       
    • No overstay beyond approved visa period
       
    • Any overstay penalties, fines, or legal consequences are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
       

  1. Change in Immigration Rules
    UAE visa rules, requirements, and fees are subject to change without prior notice, as mandated by UAE Immigration Authorities.
     
  2. Final Acknowledgment
    By proceeding with the visa application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
