Premium Travel LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport companies.
By proceeding with any booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions stated below.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the Company’s Operations team and/or partner.
1.2. Full payment is required to confirm and secure any booking unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.
1.3. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Tabby, Tamara, or cash paid at the Company’s office under Premium Travel LLC accounts.
1.4. Once an air ticket is issued and booked, it is automatically NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of reason, including but not limited to visa rejection, entry denial, cancellation, or personal circumstances.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Visa Rejection or Entry Issues
In the event of visa rejection, denied entry, or failure to meet immigration requirements, the following shall apply:
Air tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once booked
Hotel bookings and tour services are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies of the respective service providers
Any refund eligibility for hotels or tours is not guaranteed and will depend solely on written confirmation from the partners Administrative or processing fees may apply.
2.2 Cancellation by the Customer
Any cancellation or refund request made by the client shall be subject to the policies and conditions of the service providers.
The Company does not guarantee refunds once services have been confirmed, issued, or partially used.
2.3 Alterations to the Itinerary
The itinerary may be altered due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, operational issues, or events beyond the Company’s control.
In such cases, service providers will make reasonable efforts to offer equivalent or alternative arrangements, where possible.
3. Force Majeure
3.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
Government actions or regulations
Travel bans or border closures
Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
Strikes, riots, or civil disturbances
War or acts of terrorism
3.2. In force majeure situations, the Company will attempt to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions where feasible; however, refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to supplier policies.
4. Liability and Responsibility
4.1. The Company acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be held responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, or errors of third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
4.2. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure compliance with all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, entry permits, and health regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry, for which the Company bears no liability.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1. The Company strongly recommends that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and unforeseen circumstances.
6. Customer Conduct
6.1. Clients are required to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during travel.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel or terminate services without refund or compensation in cases of misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that disrupts travel operations.
7. Amendments by the Company
7.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to holiday packages due to circumstances beyond its control. Any significant changes will be communicated to the client as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
Final Acknowledgment
By confirming a booking with Premium Travel LLC, the client acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the non-refundable nature of services once booked.
